6.3 Refund Policy

Monthly subscriptions: You may cancel at any time. No refunds are provided for partial months, but you retain full access until the end of your current billing period.

Annual subscriptions: You may request a full refund within 14 days of purchase if you have not made substantial use of the Service. After 14 days, no refunds are provided, but you may cancel and retain access until the end of your annual term.

Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings.
