Why a 1-month free trial?
We want you to experience the full vision before committing. One week felt too short to establish a practice and see the integration across Mirror, Compass, Dojo, and Sage dialogues. A month gives you time to explore deeply.
What happens when I hit my dialogue capacity?
Most users never hit the cap. If you do reach it, we'll notify you and switch to read-only mode. You can upgrade to Pro for more capacity or wait until your monthly refresh. No surprise charges.
What's the difference between Basic and Pro?
All features are identical. The only difference is dialogue capacity. Basic is capped for cost management; Pro has a generous limit. We're refining these caps during early access based on real usage.
Can I switch between tiers?
Absolutely. Upgrade or downgrade anytime. Your data and practice history are always preserved.
Is there a student discount?
Yes! Students get 50% off Basic and Pro tiers. Email us with your .edu or .ac.uk address.
Do you offer refunds?
Yes. If you're not satisfied within the first 30 days after your trial, we'll refund you in full. No questions asked.
